Ericsson has announced the launch of the 2015 Innovation Awards, a competition in which university students are given the opportunity to be drivers of fundamental change in society.
Tagged “The Future of Learning,” the competition is open to team of two to four people. Ericsson recommends a combination of technology and business students in the team. To apply and register for the competition visit www.ericsson.com/innovationawards
Ericsson expects many good ideas about the future of learning from students around the world. The winners will receive a prize 25,000 EUR, with the runners-up receiving 10,000 EUR and 5,000 EUR going to the third-placed team.
According to Ericsson, all semi-finalists and finalists will also be given the opportunity to an interview for internship or permanent employment at Ericsson.
The student’s category of the 2104 edition of the competition was won by Team WorkMode from South Africa.
