Omobola Johnson, the pioneer Minister of the Communication Technology Ministry created July 2011 by the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan, has in a major review summarised that Nigerians are more wired than ever before in the nation’s history.
That is the CommTech Minister’s summary in a progress report that reviewed key milestones along the current’s administration’s vision to enable Nigeria leverage information and communication technologies (ICTs) for national and socio-economic development.
